Ripley Town Council has modified its Neighbourhood Plan for Ripley Parish. There is now a formal consultation period for 6 weeks from: 
 
Friday 18 August, 2023 until 4.30pm Friday 29 September, 2023 
 
The Neighbourhood Plan includes policies against which future development proposals would be assessed through the planning process for the town of Ripley and other settlements within the Parish, including Waingroves, Street Lane, Heage, Upper and Lower Hartshay, Sawmills, Heage, Bullbridge and Ambergate. 
 
The modified Neighbourhood Plan and associated documents can be viewed on the Borough Council’s web-site at: www.ambervalley.gov.uk/ripleyneighbourhoodplan 
 
A hard copy of the documents will also be available during the 6-week consultation period at the following locations during normal opening hours: 
 
Amber Valley Borough Council’s Offices: Town Hall, Market Place, Ripley, DE5 3BT 
Ripley Library: 21 Grosvenor Road, Ripley DE5 3JE
